Returns 

We only accept returns if we receive the product(s) back within 14 working day(s) working days (Monday-Friday) from the day you received the product(s).

The returned product(s) must be unused and in exactly the same condition as the product(s) sent out.

Product(s) purchased in a sale, are excluded from any returns.

Once we have received the return and are happy with the product(s), you will receive an email including the process of your refund.

I have asked for a refund. How will I be refunded?

Refunds are issued back to the debit or credit card used at checkout.

 

How long will my refund take?

Please allow up to 21 days to receive your refund. The refund will be made on to the same payment method used in your original purchase.

 

I have been refunded less than my original payment amount - why is this?

We will always refund the initial payment amount for all items meeting the refunds criteria. If you have changed your mind about your item, your shipping costs will not be refunded. If paying in a currency other than GBP, exchange rates can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund which may impact your refund amount.

Customers will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning their item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over £30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
